We are based behind the Thurmaston Shopping Centre on the Arriva No. 5 and No. 6 direct Bus Route.  Thurmaston Village is also the home of Asda, Starbucks, Costco, Elizabeth Park Sports Centre, Dunelm Mill shop, Watermead Park and the Hobby Horse Roundabout.   It is 15 minutes bus ride away from Leicester Haymarket Bus Station.  It is also within easy access of A46, Leicester western bypass (A50), Loughborough, Birstall, Syston, Rothley, Sileby, Mountsorrel.

There is free car parking on the forecourt and the No. 6 bus stop is nearby.

Nearest Train Station:  Leicester Train Station on London Road – a short 5-minute walk to the Haymarket Bus Station.

Payment Options:  Cash or bank transfer are acceptable.  Nearest ATM is within Asda at the Thurmaston Shopping Centre.

Scheduled appointment:   Appointment reminders are available by text.

Can’t make a scheduled appointment?  No problem, let us know as soon as you can if you are running late, stuck in traffic to help us manage our diary.  If can’t make it at all, please let us know as per the Cancellation Policy below,  so we can offer that time slot to someone else in the first instance.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:   No penalty charge if you notify us 48 hours prior and re-schedule the appointment.  Otherwise, there will be a 50% charge of total value of the appointment.  Please let us know the reason for your cancellation to help us to better manage your booking in the future.

Appointment Re-schedule Policy:  To re-schedule a booked appointment, you would need to notify us 48 hours prior notice by text to 07739 333695 – no penalty charge. (only 1  re-schedule date will be offered).  Failure to book an appointment will then be classed as a cancelled appointment and penalty charge will be applied in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

We operate a Zero tolerance and No Cash Refund Policy at the venue.  We reserve the right to refuse a treatment.
